Sáng kiến kinh nghiệm “SKKN Some effective training methods for students to participate in Fostering good students in English class 7”:

Students are the central factor determining the quality of training because no matter how good the teacher is, students who are not gifted in the subject, who are not active, do not have the passion and interest in the subject. Fostering will not achieve the desired results. Positivism, subjectivity, patience and passion for the subject and guided by a good teacher are among the factors that make up the good student process. Students need self-learning methods to improve their knowledge and skills in the subject area. Activate your teacher, learn a friend, strengthen pairs and groups, exchange ideas, review notes, test your knowledge, or test each other, share your knowledge and help your friend improve. Know the importance of English to invest time in learning the subject enthusiastically and effectively. There is a specific learning plan and most importantly, the students who participate in the refresher must have active, scientific and effective learning methods.

As a teacher who is directly involved in fostering, I have repeatedly studied the way students learn. How to organize student activities actively, active learning, creative? 1 Theoretical background of the experience initiative

        Innovative teaching methods aim at attaching importance to learners, considering students as active subjects, encouraging active learning activities, proactive active learning, active initiative in teaching process.  In the teaching process, the use of teaching methods to guide students to acquire knowledge in the fastest way, to apply that knowledge is a big problem for the general culture and the Ministry. The use of new tricks in the organization of English language teaching activities is a successful development of students’ cognitive motivations for language learning, enabling students to focus their minds on grasping ants. At the same time, it helps students to use English in a foreign language with real and lively situations, creating interest in learning for students, making students feel relaxed, reducing stress.  Boring with their lessons and help them easily receive and deepen their knowledge, self-conscious exploratory, discovery, solve tasks and have a sense of flexible application, creative ants The formula has effectively taken over into practice and tested the highest results.

The management board is deeply motivated to bring good students. Self-directed instruction in English for 7th grade should have the opportunity to train more advanced students in the classroom with advanced types of exercises.  Equipment for teaching subjects is quite adequate as textbooks, reference books, English classrooms, projection projector, versatile electronics, cassette, video tape, pictures … so. The quality of teaching and learning is improving.

* On the student side

  Due to difficult family economic conditions, some children do not have enough time and resources to study. Some parents lack the attention, not aware of the importance of the subject and the interests of the subject that their children are participating in fostering. In fact, students are still afraid to learn foreign languages, not bravely communicate in English, do not have the sense of searching documents, reference books, self-improvement of foreign language skills. They learn coping, not self-discipline and impatience.  The quality of students participating in the good student team is not the same every year, the ability to absorb and use the children in the team is equally unequal, so the results each year is different  . 

* The results of the situation

Prior to starting the program, I conducted a survey on the quality of students at the beginning of the year. The test is in the form of a good student test of 150 minutes. The structure is full of basic parts: phonetics, vocabulary, verb forms, word types, writing and reading skills with textbook knowledge and advanced English workbooks.
